LEARNING OBJECTIVE: To Practise basic number and tables work and then investigate the rules of BODMAS
SUCCESS CRITERIA: You Will be able to remember and apply the rules of BODAMS to sums involving all four operations and brackets
ENGAGEMENT ACTIVITY: Just IN time on Screen cycling round some basic problems
Use Just in Time screen to practice some number work (10 of Each):
1. Adding 1 digit numbers – 5 seconds between answers
2. Subtracting 1 digit numbers – 7 seconds between answers
3. Multiplying 1 digit numbers – 10 seconds per question
LESSON: Use this Lesson to develop the rules of BODMAS. Use the question screens repeatedly to get lots of practise (turn into a race by letting students mark their own work on my screen)
